How do I make a cycle diagram using arrows?

I want to make a cycle diagram but I want the shapes to be arrows showing the
direction of the information flow. The arrows section is not activated in my
format diagram, color and lines section. What am I doing wrong? I have
version 2002.
Thanks,

Are you using Insert | Diagram from the Drawing toolbar? Do you not see big
blue arrow shapes between text boxes?

Hi Yapmom,

Unfortunately MS sort of 'forgot' to add the
arrows to the cycle diagram until Office 2003 :)
This method from the Powerpoint folks should work in
Word 2002 using the Drawing toolbar (normally on
the bottom of the Word screen, not just Powerpoint)
when using View=>Toolbars
