How do I make a drop cap in a text box?

I am trying to add a large drop capital of the first capital in a paragraph I
have created in a text box. When I try to select the paragraph and go to the
format menu Drop Cap is not an option. Any other suggestions

A drop cap is just a large font character in a frame. Since a frame can't be
inserted in a text box, you can't use drop caps in text boxes.
