How do I make a picture to be a paphern in a wordart?

Ory,
Do you mean a picture appearing in a WordArt, i'm clutching at straws here.
If it is that, select your WordArt, click on the listarrow next to fill
color icon on the drawing toolbar (paint bucket), choose fill effects -
picture tab - click on browse - select your picture - OK out.

Okay, once you have the picture as your "fill" but you can't see your
subjects, how do you reposition it within your WordArt?

....that is the problem I'm having today.
