How do i make a printable grid in Publisher

I am trying to make a grid sheet at a 1/4" scale and I would like to know if
Publisher is capable of doing this or if I need to purchase another program.

There are scads of websites that will allow you to do that without
downloading anything. Yes, it can be done with Publisher but it would be a
bit of a pain.

What were you going to do with the grid after you made it?

I work for a manufacturer's rep and wanted to put the logos of the companies
we represent below the engineering grid pad to hand out to customers for
marketing purposes. What websites are you referring to and is it something I
can customize for my purposes? Thanks!!
