How do I make a table that autofits to the placeholder?

I am using Powerpoint 2003. I would like a slide that has a table that will
auto adjust text font size as a bulleted list will.

PPT tables don't have this feature, and I can't think of anything you can do
to make it happen, either. Sorry.
