how do i make asset numbers print in sequence

I am looking for a way to print pages from publisher (using the equiptment
tag template) to where the asset number I enter will print in a number
sequence. I.E. 00001-00030 would be all on one page. Can this be done?

I simply cannot find the template, but if you are trying to merge sequence
numbers similar to how labels appear, you will have to setup your data
differently. Publisher merges across rather than down.
Look at this sample Excel document. It is for text, but numbers would be the
same princple.
