How do I make 'co-managers' in an Org Chart in the 2003 version o.

Since using the new version of Powerpoint, it varies a lot from older
versions that I am used to. All I want to do is display managers on the same
level who all manage the same sub-ordinates.

Any helpful hints greatly appreciated?
