How do I mouseover a Navigation Bar?

I understand I can use HTML fragment to enter a CSS javascript, but how do I
include that with the Main Navigation Bar? I would like to mouseover the
Main Navigation Bar as well as any other Navigation Bars I might add.

The nav bar is a self contained wizard entity that cannot be manipulated. In
employ any dynamic effects you are going to have to code your own menu to go
with it.
