How do I move/copy Outlook Express messages from a Win98 PC to an xp for Home PC

Just bouht a new PC with Windows xp for Home. I was able
to export to a Zip Cartridge all the Address Book, but
when I cannot find a way to export the messages (including
all the folders). Could someone tell me a way, or tell me
it cannot be done.
