How do I move my Contacts from my old machine(Win 2k Pro, Ofc 2k).

How do I move my "Contacts" list from my old box(Win 2k Pro, Ofc 2k) to my
new box (Win XP Pro, Ofc '03)?
And "Favorites" list?
