How do I move text boxes in smaller increments?

How do I move text boxes/drawings in smaller increments by usng arrow keys
without going into the options and specifying exact location?

On the Drawing toolbar, choose Draw - Grid.... In the Drawing Grid dialog,
remove the check next to Snap Objects to Grid.
