How do I obtain "lex" files for Turkish?

I have office XP set up in English. I would like to be able to use Turkish
spell checking. When I try to use it, I get the messeage"dictionary files not
found" . I have the relevant "dll" files. How can I obtain "lex" files which
seems necessary to have turkish spell check?
