how do I overline a text in microsoft word?

G'Day Mahbub,

There is no facility within Word for Overlining.

However, if you are trying to do this as part of
a mathematical equation please try (in Word):
Insert>Object
Select "Microsoft Equation" in the list
Click "OK"
Search (Microsoft Equation) Help for "Overbars"
