How do I override MSP's calculations for 'Actual Hours'

on the 'Resource Usage' sheet? I have a task that is 100% but I need to put
in actual hours for each resource on that task. MSP currently calculates it
itself and will not let me override. And I have everything off under
tools-options-calculation.
