How do I place a chart in Publisher?

I am trying to do the Benefit Statements for our company using Publisher's
mail merge. Everything works great except for the pie chart that I would
like to include. Please help.

Will the same pie chart be on each statement? If this is true, insert the pie
chart before you merge.
If each statement has a different pie chart take a look at the catalog merge in
Help.

I have used mail merge to enter the data in the letter for each employee, but
I cannot seem to graph each employee's information for the individual letter.
I would like for pie chart to represent the particular employee. I am using
Excel 2003, but can get 2007 if necessary.

Publisher is not going to generate a pie chart for each statement. This is
something you will have to do manually, add the path to your data base in a
picture field.
The easiest and less frustrating way is to put all the pie charts in the same
folder as your Excel data base. That way all you have to type in the picture
field would something like Jane's pie chart.jpg.
