How do I print to a custome size using Picture Manager

I need to print a picture in a 1.25 X 1.25 inch format. Does any one know
how I can do this using Office Picture Manager?

Forget "Picture Manager." Open MS Word, Insert, Picture, From file, then
, Crop and Stretch the image to 1.25 x 1.25 inch then print.
