you can find newsletter templates.
To produce a more design flexible and graphical newsletter then you
might want to try a DTP program such as Publisher or Serif PagePlus.

I want to produce a more attractive local Newsletter for my branch of
Living
Streets (the Pedestrians Association), with boxes, graphics eg
photos,
sketches. So far I haven't found a template, though one is said to
exist on
word. Any thoughts?
