How do I protect a document so viewers cannot view tracked changes

After a document has been through reviews with track changes on, how can I
permanently remove those changes before distributing the document to a
general audience? I don't want everyone who receives it to be able to view
what we've edited in or out.

Click on "Accept all changes" from the Reviewing toolbar, and then save the
document.
