How do I protect my document

I created a business card and I want to emai it to a friend to look at it but
I dont want any changes allowed. How and is there a way to protect it?

No need to post twice.

Anything that can be displayed on a computer can be copied or printed in one
form or another.

To lessen the chance of any changes, print to a PDF file and send the PDF
file to the friend.

If you don't have Publisher 2007 (may already have a save as PDF feature)
you can download a free PDF printer and install then print to the program.
I use PrimoPDF http://www.primopdf.com/ for creation and use Foxit Reader
http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php for viewing and printing PDF
files.
