How do I record a powerpoint presentation to a DVD and play it on.

Well, you would probably have to have a dvd burner, then you would have to
make an autoplay thing, you would need to use a dvd creating program to do
this. Just put the ppt on there and it should go.

If this is a beginner-type question, then here's a shot from a beginner
pov since that last answer didn't seem quite right to me.

First, it seems you'd need something to convert your powerpoint
presentation to some type of video (dvd) format. Only then could you
burn it to a DVD. I'm guessing there are ways to do both, though I
don't know how.
