How do I reduce 953kb to 150 kb?

Resize the photos in a program that will allow resizing images. There are
many commercial ones and several free ones on the internet for download.
Recommend a Google search for "free photo editor." One I have used in the
past is Photo Plus and the older version 6 is free and relatively easy to
use but it does require registration..

There are many other programs available.

When you resize any image, make sure you don't overwrite the original.
Always do a File, SaveAs with a new name immediately after opening a file in
any program and work on that image file, not the original.

Since this is the office.misc newsgroup, I'll go out on a limb and assume
you have Office, which would include either Microsoft Photo Editor or
Microsoft Office Picture Manager (the latter for the 3 most recent versions
of Office). Both of those programs allow you to resize pictures in a variety
of ways.

Display the pictures using Office Picture Manager, for example, then choose
File - Export. Set the location as desired (not in the original location
with the original names if you want to avoid overwriting the originals). Set
Export using this size to Web Large or Web Small, then click OK.
