How do I remove password feature on outlook

I want to stop having to type in my outlook password every time I log on to
outlook 2003 and send/receive. The Outlook 2003 program does not save my
password even when clicking on the save password box. How can I set the
program up to log on and have the password entered as default or to remove
the password requirement?
