How do I repair the Outlook 2002 MAPI dll.? (pstprx.dll)

Where do I go to get the 'pstprx.dll' file repaired. When I try to use the
Outlook, it gives me a message that the MAPI can't find the missing
pstprx.dll file.
I did update the Service Pack 1 & 2, and downloaded them into the system.....
