Unable to display the folder in Outlook 2002

Bob

I keep getting the message - Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook
could not access the specified folder location. The .DLL file for the
information service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the
information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed
and configured.

Does anyone know how to fix this so Outlook will work again?

Thank you for trying to help, however, I have already installed all the
updates and still have the problem.

When I first start the program, I get a message that says "Unable to open
your default e-mail folders. The .dll file for the information service could
not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL.
Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured."

I have tried repairing, updating, uninstalling, reinstalling to no avail.

HELP!!!!
