How do I replace the "New Documents" folder from "Start"?

I have lost the "New Documents" folder containing templates etc from the
Start folder. How or where can I find it to restore/replace?

What version of Office? In Office 2003 it's an optional
install item from the MS Office 2003 listing in Add/Remove
Programs in the Windows control panel.
