How do I restore Office file extensions

following removal of "Open Office" my default file extensions are now
corrupted for windows 98. How do I restore the default file extension types
for office. Ie the .dot .doc .xlt etc into my view by filetype from windows
explorer. Is there a simpler fix then re-doing every one of the types and
entries by hand?
