How do I retrieve an accidently deleted web page in Front Page 20.

PLEASE HELP. I've accidently deleted one of the html files from my company's
web site. Is it possible to retrieve it anywhere? I was trying to start a new
file from an existing page and delete the link to the original page but both
pages got deleted when I tried to remove the link. How do I go about copying
a page and removing the link to the original page after I edit it? Thank you.

open the "live web":
in FrontPage file/ open web (or file/open site in fp2003). when it's open
find the page you need right click it and select publish selected files,
then browse to the local web you want it in.
