How do I save a clipart graphic as a jpg file

I have a clipart graphic that I use as my logo and I want to include it in my
signature through Plaxo. It needs to be a jpg file, how do I create this?

Open the image in an Image Editor such as Irfanview or PhotoPlus then from
File Menu do a Save As or Export then choose your file type jpg then Save.
