How do I save a file from project 03 to be opened by project 02?

I am using project 2003 and I need to save a file and format it so that a
person with project 2002 can open it. Any help would be appreciated.

No change needed. Project 2000 can open and change Project 2003 files and
you won't lose Project 2003 specific data. Sadly that will all change with
'07 as they had to make a few changes that earlier versions can't support.
