HTML is the file type that would link to a graphic,
it doesn't actually contain them. See if the
information here helps with creating signatures
for Outlook that can include a graphic

I'm trying to add a graphic signature to my Outlook emails. I must save my

I assume you have your graphic signature inside of an MS Word document
If so you have to produce a html document from it. You can either us
MS Word "File->Save As..." command and get an oversized html file o
you can use our 'Word2html Pro
(http://www.wordcnv.com/word2html-pro.html) to produce compact an
easy-to-alter html.
Good luck
