How do I save microsoft excell files back to comma delimited file.

I imported a comma delimited file to edit the contents. Now I need to save
it as comma delimited text file, but it has to return to the original form
showing the data separated by commas.

Thanks Frank. I did that, but when I open the file outside of Excell it
still shows it separated by spaces, and the commas do no show.

What do you have for your Windows list separator character?

The way I'd get to in Win98 is:

Windows Start button|settings|control panel|Regional Settings
Number Tab
(it's at the bottom of the dialog)

Actually it opens back in excel. I was incorrect. It needs to be opened as
a note pad document with the data separated by commas. The data was
originally imported from a file delimited by commas.

Hi
then just open it with notepad :)
- in the explorer press SHIFT and right-click on this file
- choose 'Open with'
- choose your favourite text editor
