How do I save my publication as a whole picture to use as a logo?

I am designing my logo and when I save it, I'm not able to import it to use
on business cards, letterhead, and other such business items. Is there a way
I can use my publication and be able to shrink it to size for these things
without having to start from scratch each time?

What version of Publisher are you using?
