How do I send a powerpoint presentation including links together?

I have a presentation that I need to email to someone else to view. the
Problem is it includes links to Work documents. How do I send the
presentation and the documents together and make sure that the links can
still be access from the presentation when they try to view it on their pc?

All should be in the same folder (Word documents need to inserted from the
same folder). For email size compress/.zip the folder and email.
Presentation should find all linked items that are set in the same folder.

Try running Pack and Go from the File menu
