You can't. Any person knowledgeable enough to read the headers can figure out
who it is from.

Open a new online email account somewhere like yahoo, hotmail, lie about
personal details, do this from a computer other than your own....... Choose
a non-descript name for the account. Don't tell anyone. Send the mail. Not
100% safe but pretty much as close as you'll get using your computer. A web
search will also bring suggestions.

School Libraries are an excellent place to find a computer to do this on.
