Is there a setting in Microsoft Publisher that allows me to hide the
addresses of the other recipients in the newsgroup from showing up in
everyone on the lists recieved email?

Publisher??? No.

Your email client would though...you would put the addresses in Bcc instead
of To:
You can leave the To: field blank to put your address in there, but no one
elses.

Bcc = blind carbon copy...a throw back terminology to the olden days of
carbon paper.

Maybe this is your answer?

On a new message window from Outlook Express...
go to...View / All Headers...enter your list of addresses
(separated by commas) in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field.

I use Outlook 2007 Not Outlook Express. I do not see a view option in new
message top pane

Click on the To: button. Add your distribution list to the BCC space in the
Select Names dialog box.
