How do I send out form that recipients can type on

I am with a company that sends out question forms via e-mail as an attachment
and I was wondering if there was any way the recipients could answer the
questions on the form while still in the e-mail and then just e-mail it back
to us.

You can create custom forms in Outlook, but this group is all about BCM (on
Outlook), and not Outlook itself. Google 'custom forms in Outlook' for a
gazillion places to look.
