How do I set permanent text fields that don't move?

I am unsure of how to get these text fields in this form I've created to stay
put. I want them set at a certain length to maintain how the form looks. I
want to be able to enter text but not have the text box field expand or
contract as I enter the text. Help!

Have you tried setting the maximum length in the properties for each field in
question? Do do that...click on the field, then on the forms toolbar one of
the icons is for properties (hoving over it should show which one) it look
like a hand holding a piece of paper. Select that. A new screen appears
for you to change the properties. Under "Maximum Length" change the default
"Unlimited" to whatever is necessary to keep your form in order.

Put them in a (borderless) table with exact row height and column width.
