How do I correct paragraph indentions in a document that has already been
completed? Word Document

Not quite sure what you mean by "correct," cut you can change the
indents by selecting the paragraph and clicking Format > Paragraph and
resetting the indent.

You can also use Ctrl + M to move indents in or Ctrl + Shift + M to
outdent.

You can also move the indent markers along the top ruler.

And if you are using styles properly, you can modify the style to
change the indent and it'll change all content with that same style
applied.
