how do i set the secuity setting for office xp

I would like to configure the secuity setting for office xp pro and using
windows 2000 server system policy to distribute these security setting to
each of the user connected to the network,
how do I -
1) set the security? (what seeting need to be setup)
2) save these setting?
3) distribute this setting to every user once connected to the network?
