How do I set up a 2nd Outlook account separate from the first?

I currently use Outlook with my handheld device. Another member of our
family would also like to use Outlook with their own information. What is
the best way to do this? Thanks!

If your version of Windows allows multiple usernames, then the best way is
to give each family member a separate login.
