how do i set up a custom field in enterprise resource pool

i am trying to create a custom to show the diffrent skills each resource have
in the enterprise resource pool, how do i do this. what i want is something
like:
Resource name skill 1 skill 2
skill 3
debbie olupitan: mamager planner
developer

Debs,
Why not just use spare resource text fields for the skill data? I'm not
sure what you intend on doing with the data but you might like to go to

If you are using Project Server, then your Project Server administrator must
create the custom fields you need in the Enterprise Global file, and then
set those values for each resource in the Enterprise Resource Pool. Hope
