Copy/ Transfer Enterprise resources to local resource pool

Hi All,
I have created an Enterprise Resource pool with all the required information
about my resources. But now I just want to trnasfer all these resources to a
local resource pool. I tried to cut/copy the resource from enterprise to
local resource pool but MS project 2003 wont let me do that. Can any one
suggest me any solution? I dont want to put in all the resource information
again for my local resouce pool.
