How do I set up a scrolling speech on powerpoint?

I am trying to set up powerpoint to scroll on arrow clicks so it can be used
by someone giving a speech. Can someone tell me how or if this possible?

PowerPoint is not going to provide the best solution for teleprompting. The
best PowerPoint solution is to put the needed bullets/text on each slide (so
it is large and easy to read) and advance through the slides as presenter
covers the information.

For a more fluid scrolling solution, there are several easy to use
teleprompt applications. Look into ezprompt, script-q, or A Prompter. If you
can use MS Word, you can use any of these applications.
