How do I set up a work group in Project 2003?

In Project 2000, you could use "Work Group" to send an email to your
Resources, have them update their percentage completion and have it
automatically update in the Project. How is this done in Project 2003? I
don't see the option under Tools>Options like it was in 20002.

It's probably staring at me in the face but I just can't seem to find it.

Check with the server group, but I think in Project 2003 all this sort of
functionality comes in Project Server which is a separate product.

As Rod mentions the preferred method is Project Server. However the
Workgroup features using mail are available as a separate download. See:
