how do i set up an account in office using me existing emaill ady

I have just got a copy of microsoft office, and was wanting to know hoe to
set up effice for my emails. Dont know too much about computers,so if someone
could suggest where i may find a site that could even tell me what a "POP3"
server even is that would be a start!!!!
