How do I set up an email template with attchments?

Boo

would like to set up an email in my drafts folder with a subject line, email
body and attachments so that all I have to change is the email address of the
recipient.

to add to that...

it will now be in Drafts. Select the email in Drafts, then Ctrl C and Ctrl V
to make a few "spare" copies that you can open, edit and send as required.
That works nicely!

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
