how do I set up my Outlook e-mail account?

I'm using Outlook 2003 but can't find the E-mail Account option in Tools
menu. What am I missing with this?

Do you see a small v shaped thing at the bottom of the menu? If so, hover
over it or click it to display the full Tools menu

Have you created you mail profile in Control Panel's Mail applet?
