How do I set write permissions to web directory

Hi,
I have a folder on my web site that contains XML data that is updated by the
user [client side script].
How can i change the directory permission to have read & write via front page?
i have front page 2003 on my computer, front page extentions 2002 on the
server.

What should i do ?!?!?

Right click the Folder and set the radio buttons to Change and upload files
for Anonymous user.

If this is a commercially hosted site, you may have to contact your host to set
this for you.
