How do I setup my business card for print setup without upsizing f

I setup the page to business cards; side margin=.75", top margin=.5",
horizontal gap=.0", vertical gap=.0". When I click OK my file enlargens by at
least 50%. How do I stop this from happening?

What version Publisher? Do you have objects on the business cards, such as images? If
there are images involved, hypothetically you are inserting 10 pictures.
