how do i setup up out of office assistance

Hi, i'm using Vista Ultimat and MS Office 2007 Ultimate
I want to install the future of out of office assistance
Can you help me?

The Out of Office Assistant is only available to Outlook users who connect to
a Microsoft Exchange server for email. Normally this type of server is only
used for business purposes.

If you don't connect to an Exchange server, you'll have to create a rule:
